The staff were very nice and efficient. Wake up calls were right on time with a reminder about 10 minutes later. The Internet was cheap and the speed was good. There are also places to eat that are within walking distance. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend that others stay here.
One night though it was very noisy late at night. Other guests seems to be talking outside our room. Otherwise, it was very quiet, rooms were cleaned every day and service was good.
The price was good and it was well located in a district with easy walking access to plenty of food sellers
There was a bit of superficial damage in our room that needs fixing. Nothing serious but looks bad.
Cheap and clean, good for the money you pay
Absolutely nothing. The clerk was very rude. I was also charged and made to pay again for taxes that had already been paid. They double billed us.
You could tell this hotel was not for nice families. It seemed very seedy. We did not leave our luggage in the room for fear it would not be there when we returned. It was very apparent they were used to cash customers.
The location was easy to find, due to the close highway exit. The Black Bear Diner is in the same complex. Great meals at a 4 min walking distance.
The reservations were lost, and I was lucky to get a room for the intended stay. The towels and bath supplies were sub-optimal, but clean. The drink vending machine took my money, without dispensing a drink. The night clerk refunded the money, and that took time waiting outside in the weather, as the clerk dealt with the situation behind the security glass.
The staff was very helpful. Upon arrival I had to change room from 2 to 1 traveller and it was no problem to change the rate. The second night I had to completely cancel and that also was no problem. I got the full refund. The staff was very nice. The room was clean but still had a dingy feeling. I didn't expect much more since the rate was very low.
Aircondition cover was crushed. Toilet seat was loose. Burn hole in bedspread and a blanket that felt like plastic. The worst of all though was the odor of the room. It gave me a headache and a sleepless night. It was as if they had emptied a full spray-can of room scent in order to cover up a bad smell.
A little shabby, but a bargain.
very noisey along highway
The Hotel was close to: Sonoma State University Eateries/food selection Grocery Shopping Outlet Golden State Bridge
The Hotel only had one towel.
The rooms we clean. Nothing fancy, but we were just there to shower and sleep. They were in a great location, with easy freeway access, but didn't hear any of the noise.
The first night all they had available was a smoking room. It definitely stunk of smoke, but the second night they were happy to move us once a nonsmoking room became available.
Everything. This might just be the worst night's stay I have ever had in a hotel/motel. It went from very bad to much, much worse. The manager was gracious enough to give us the first night's stay free but it does not make up for the experience.
Very clean where it counted: bed linens and bathroom towels. Very nice, friendly, and efficient young woman night Morning person was equally nice. Housekeeping did a good job.
Stains on carpeting, outside looks rundown.
Friendly manager and maid, decent pool, walking distance to restaurants. The building itself was in pretty good shape.
Several cigarette burns in the bedspread. Blanket was very worn. Non-smoking room smelled like linen from smoking rooms had been used. No fridge.
It was a good price
WiFi had to pay and way to slow they didn't sto ck towels and cups
No Fridges in the rooms and there was Dog Shit EVERYWHERE!!!!!
